I intended to write this review regardless of if I decided to make the purchase or not because Juanita provided the best car shopping experience I've ever had. She was personable and knowledgeable like any good sales representative but beyond that her demeanor was calm and pleasant. She didn't seem over eager or pushy. I told her at my initial showing of a Camry earlier in the week that I needed some time to consider my vehicle needs and she was very respectful of that.
