Everything was amazing and perfect with sicilia, she explained everything in detail. It was worth the wait for the Rav4. Leo did a good job talking about the car he was very thoughtful on explains everything and making sure i knew the buttons.

Horrible experience. Don't ever buy a used car from here. I have had the same issue for 3 years and Baxter has not fixed it. On top of this, they then tried to say it was a different problem when it wasn't as the same alerts are still going off in my $35,000 Avalon. They have now refused to look at it again or try to fix it, and expenses are all on me. When trying to advance my concern they threw their attorney at me and have refused to help further. Horrible business practices and horrible customer service.
My dad couldn’t write a review on his phone, but wanted me to leave one. He had service done for a TRD lift install with Nick Smith and just wanted to say how helpful he was. My dad was worried before, but the whole process was a breeze, he listened very well, and this is my dad’s first time trying this location. Nick just earned our business!
